The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try a Twisting Burrs Block! You will need to print out
four copies of the template A page, and two of the B page per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. Fat Quarters will be fine! |

For each quarter of the block, after doing all the paper piercing,
join a shorter side unit to the larger unit. Add a longer side unit to
the top. Two units will look like the one I have shown at far left and
two will have reversed side and top units. Join these quarter blocks
to complete the Twisting Burrs block!
