With all the colors of a State Fair, here's the quilt! ...four blocks by five, with narrow blue borders and a pieced rainbow border made of extra pieced rectangles.

Color 1

 Color 1 needs: one 2-1/2" x 20" strip AND one 4-1/2" x 9" strip AND one 2-1/2" x 40" strip

Color 2

 Color 2 needs: one 4-1/2" square AND one 2-1/2" x 36" strip
Color 3 Color 3 needs: one 4-1/2" square AND one 2-1/2" x 36" strip
Color 4 Color 4 needs: one 2-1/2" x 36" strip AND one 9" x 18" strip AND two 2-1/2" x 40" strips AND one 4-1/2" x 20" strip to cut circles from AND one 2-1/2" x 20" strip
