The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try Mrs. Hohn's Diamond! You will need to
print out four copies of the center unit and four copies of each of
the triangle units per block you want to make on very lightweight
paper. Fat Quarters will be plenty! |

After your units are all pieced,
sew the side triangle units to the center units, using a 1/4'
seam, and pressing seams towards the center... |

Piece the block by sewing
together the four quarter units...and there she is :o) |

The quilt, as shown here is four
blocks by five. See the wonderful patterns that emerge! It would be
small with this few blocks though, 32" x 40" approx.
