The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try an Island Path Block! You will need to print out
two copies of the temp. A page and one copy of the temp B page
per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. Fat Quarters will be plenty! |

After your units are paper pieced, lay them out as
shown at left. Sew three horizontal rows. Join the rows and it's
done! |

Here are four blocks by five, shown on their
side, with five thin borders!
