The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try the Girl's Joy Block! You will need to
print out four copies of the corner and side units, two copies of
the center triangle unit, and one copy of the center stripe unit per
block you want to make on very lightweight paper. |

A Fat Quarter of each fabric will be plenty!
After doing all of your
paper piecing, join the completed units into rows, then sew the rows
together as shown at left. Cute Block! :o) |

The quilt is four blocks by
five, surrounded by a thin yellow border, then a wider border with
extra "X" blocks set in the corners. Hope you Like it!
