The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try the Crab Claws Block! You will need to
print out one copy of the center square, and four copies of Units 1,
2 and 3 per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. Fat
Quarters will be ample! |

After your paper piecing is done,
sew together pairs of Units 2 and 3 in two units of each color
arrangement shown at left. All seams are a SCANT 1/4"... |

Then just piece all the units,
and the center square, first into rows, and then join the rows to
make the block! There's One Crab Claws Block! :o) |
