The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try a Colorado Cabins block! You will need to print out
two copies of the template A page and one of the B page per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. Fat Quarters should be plenty! |

After your units have all been paper pieced, lay them out as shown at
left. Sew opposing corner triangle units to the center unit. Then add
on the adjacent corner triangles to finish off your block.

Here on it's side is a four by five block quilt with
a pieced border!
