| The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Cactus Star block! You will need to print out two copies of the template A page, and one of the B page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. A Fat Quarter of each fabric should be ample! |

Once you have all units paper pieced, lay them out as shown at left. Sew three horizontal rows. join the rows to finish your block! |
