Mark and cut the Color 1 3" x 14" strip into eight 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" rectangles. Cut the Color 1 1-1/2" x 3" strip into two 1-1/2" squares. Label these COLOR 1... |

Now cut the Color 2 1-1/2" x 7" strip into two 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" rectangles. Cut the Color 2 1-1/2" x 9" strip into two 1-1/2" x 4-1/2" rectangles. Cut the Color 2 1-1/2" x 3" strip into two 1-1/2" squares. Label these COLOR 2... |

Next cut the Color 3 1-1/2" x 8-1/2" strip into two 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" rectangles and one 1-1/2" square. Label these COLOR 3... |

Then cut the Color 4 1-1/2" x 8-1/2" strip into two 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" rectangles and one 1-1/2" square. Label these COLOR 4... |
