Start by sewing piece1 to
piece 2. Press seam towards triangle, then sew piece 12 to piece 13, press seam towards
triangle. (Use scant 1/4" seams always!) |

Now sew piece 3 to piece 4. Press
seams towards larger triangle, then sew piece 5 to piece 6, again pressing seam allowance
towards larger triangle... |

Now sew the piece
3/4 unit to the piece 1/2 unit. Press seam towards the 3/4 unit... |

Then sew piece 8 to piece 7,
pressing seam allowance towards piece 8, and sew piece 11 to piece 10, pressing seam
allowance towards piece 11... |

Now join the 1/2/3/4 unit to the
7/8 unit. Press seam towards the 7/8 unit... |

|
Next sew piece 9 to the 7/8 unit,
and this completes one side of the block. Go back and join the 5/6 unit to the 10/11 unit.
Add the 12/13 unit to the left of that, and piece 14 to the right of it...on
to Page 3! |
