Cut the Color 1 4-1/2" x 18" strip into four 4-1/2" squares. Cut the Color 3 (lighter gold) 5" x 18" strip into eight 2-1/2" x 4-1/2" rectangles... |

Sew together two Color 4, two Color 1 and one Color 2 (darker gold) 2-1/2" x 10" strips to make the unit shown at left. Press seams to darker sides. Cut at 2-1/2" intervals to make four A units... |

Then sew together three Color 1 and two Color 2 2-1/2" x 10" strips to make the unit shown at left. Press seams to darker sides. Cut at 2-1/2" intervals to make four B units... |

Next sew together four Color 1 and two Color 2 and one Color 4 2-1/2" x 5" strips to make the unit shown at left. Press seams to darker sides. Cut at 2-1/2" intervals to make two C units... |

Sew together two Color 1 and two Color 2 and three Color 4 2-1/2" x 5" strips to make the unit shown at left. Press seams to darker sides. Cut at 2-1/2" intervals to make two D units...on to Page 2! |
