Using the standard scant 1/4" seam, sew four
Color1, four Color 2 and one Color 3 2-1/2" squares
together as shown at far left to make the block's center nine patch.
Press seams in alternating directions by rows... |

Sew two rectangle units to the sides of the center
nine patch. Then sew the Color 2/Color 3 half squares to the
ends of two rectangle units. Piece the block as shown at left! |
