3 Blocks x 4 Blocks with a 2" border makes a perfect Project Linus Quilt Sized Quilt!

**Preparing the Pieces and Sewing the Block**

Start by stacking your two fabric strips, right sides together. Mark off on the wrong side at 3-7/8" intervals. Cut using a rotary cutter into eight 3-7/8" squares of each...

Then stack your Color1 squares, edges aligned, mark a diagonal line, and then cut on this diagonal...

Do the same with Color 2 squares...

Sew a Color1 triangle to a Color 2 triangle, right sides together, using a 1/4" seam, pressing seam allowances towards the darker fabric. Make 16 of the half squares. These should measure 3-1/2" ...

Then, sew them together in the order shown; first make rows, and then sew the rows together...Simple! Simple! Simple!! Remember when you would look at quilt patterns and think to yourself..."I could never do THAT!" Don't you love how easy it is when you really get going on it??  Congratulations on making another Block!!...on to Page 2!
