For the next column
...start by joining two half squares ... make two of these units... then add a
4-1/2"
square to the bottom of that unit ... and add another half square unit to the bottom
of the square ...that is column two... |

For the last column,
add a half square to a Color 5 2-1/2"square..then another half square, and then ANOTHER
half square...referring to the diagrams for placement and direction! |

Now you are ready to
join columns to make the block!! See? Not really as hard as one might think!! :o) Now go
on to repeat these steps with three different fabric "claws"...sew the quarters
together to make a Block!!...
