The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try a Wonky Spools block! You will need to print out
four copies of the template page per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. A Fat Quarter of each fabric is plenty. |

After your four units are paper pieced, join
them as shown at left to complete the block! |

As you can see, I wasn't thinking as much about
particular colors used here as I was about contrast and pattern. :o)
