The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page.  When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Weeping Willow Block! You will need to print out one copy of each template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. This block uses four different greens, so number them as green 1, 2,3 and 4, with #1 being the outside green. In addition to your paper piecing fabric amount, you will also need one Green#1  1-1/2" x 10-1/2" strip, one Green#2  1-1/2" x 8-1/2" strip, one Green#3  1-1/2" x 6-1/2" strip and one Trunk 7-1/2" x 2-1/2" strip...

After your strips are paper pieced, sew the Green 4 and trunk-ends strips to the left and right of the trunk strip. Press seams towards trunk. Add the Green 3 pieced strips to the left and right of that, and then the Green 3  1-1/2" x 6-1/2" strip to the top of that entire unit...

Now sew the Green 2 pieced strips to the right and left, then the Green#2  1-1/2" x 8-1/2" strip to the top...on to Page 2!
