| The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a That Wonderful Fan Block! You will need to print out four copies of the template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. You will also need one 6" x 11 rectangle of black fabric. FQ's will be fine! |

Mark and cut the black 6" x 11 rectangle into four 3" x 5-1/2" rectangles... |

Sew each pair of paper pieced units together, then add a black rectangle to the top. Join the four fan blades and it's done! |
