Now lay out all units as shown at left. Still using that scant 1/4" seam allowance, sew six horizontal rows. Press seams in alternating direction by row. Join the rows together to complete your Squash Blossom block!

Here are twenty Squash Blossom blocks in a strip quilt, with 3" vertical sashing strips and 6" borders! (approx. 99" x 117")
