Start by marking and
cutting the Color 2 3" x 27-1/2" strip into ten 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" rectangles... |

Then, as shown above, cut the Color
1 1- 1/2" x 45" strip into three 1- 1/2" x
15" rectangles, and the Color 3 1- 1/2" x 30"
strip into two 1- 1/2" x 15" rectangles... |

Sew a Color 3 and
a Color 1 rectangle right sides together along the bottom
edge, using a 1/4" seam. Add another Color 3 rectangle,
and then another Color 1 rectangle...

Then cut the
strips unit off at 1-1/2" intervals to make ten two color
units... |

Next sew two units as
shown at left, comprised of two rail strips and three two color
strips each...on to Page 2! |
