the Pieces and Sewing the Block ** |

Start by sewing a Color 3 square
to the right end of the Color 5 rectangle. Then sew a Color 2 square
to the right end of the Color 4 rectangle. Use all scant 1/4"
seams, and press allowances towards the squares... |

Next, sew the Color 6 rectangle to the
right side of the Color 1 square. Press the seam allowances towards
the square... |

Sew the Color 2/Color 4 unit to
the top of the larger square unit. . Press seam towards the larger
square... |

Then sew the Color 7 rectangle
to the right side of the whole shebang, pressing seam towards the
center...
