On the Oregon Trail - Page 2

Flip a Color 1/Color3 combo unit, and sew together as shown at left. Make four of these four patch units...

 

Next piece the block, by first making rows, and then joining the rows to make a block. Alternate pressing directions by row!

 

Here's a Table runner, made with four On the Oregon Trail Blocks, with additional flying geese units, red squares and filler triangles added!

Color 1 Color 1 needs: one 2-1/2" x 20" strip
Color 2 Color 2 needs: one 2-1/2" x 18" strip AND one 4-1/2" square
Color 3 Color 3 needs: two 2 1/2" x 20" strips  AND one 2 1/2" x 18" strip
