Start by stacking, marking and
cutting your larger squares on the diagonal, using a rotary cutter and being careful not
to stretch fabrics... |

Then stack, mark and cut your
4-7/8" strips into three 4-7/8" squares of each...
|

Now cut these 4-7/8"
squares on the diagonals... |

 |
To make this block first
sew together the pieces for the diagonal rows. Add a light triangle to a
dark and sew using
a 1/4" seam. Press seams towards darker fabrics...on
to Page
