The first thing that I would
recommend that you do, is go to the Practice
Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper
piecing, come on back and try a Nevada Trails Block! You will need to print out
two copies of the template A page, and one copy of the template B
page per block you want to make on very
lightweight paper. Fat quarters should be plenty! |
|
 |
After your units are paper pieced, join them as shown
at left into three vertical rows. Sew the rows together, and its
finished! |
|
 |
Shown here on its side, the quilt is four blocks
by five, with a thin plain border then a pieced half squares
border. You'll want to make more squares for a bed sized quilt!
Happy Quilting!
