First, lightly mark on the wrong side, your 3-1/2"strips, into 3-1/2"squares. Cut using a rotary cutter....

Next, mark and cut your 3-7/8" strips into
3-7/8" squares...TWO of Color 1, SIX of Color 2 and FIVE of
Color
3. Cut each of these in half once on the diagonal to make half square
triangles... |

Join the Color 2 and Color 3 triangles, using scant 1/4" seams, pressing the seam allowances towards your darker fabric.
Make
nine of these half squares. Then make three more half squares using Colors 1 and
2. Trim these to measure 3-1/2" if needed...
