| The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Little Basket! You will need to print out one copy of each template page per block you want to make on very lightweight paper. |

Once your units are pieced, join them as shown at left, using SCANT 1/4" seams. First sew the handle units together, then the base units. Join the two halves to finish the block... |

Then pin on the posies, and applique using your favorite method.... |

Pin on the centers and applique. Done! |
