Pieces and Sewing the Block ** |

Using the templates provided cut the specified
number of units from Colors 1 and 2 |
|

Using Goose templates A, and B, make two each of
the flying geese shown at left. Use scant 1/4" seams, and press
to the dark sides... |

Now sew the two like flying geese units together in
pairs, one of each... |
|
 |
Next sew the large side triangles to the left and
right, again using a scant 1/4" sea, Press seams towards large
triangles... |

 |
Sew the small Color 2 triangles to the bottom and
right of the small Color 1 square. Also sew the small Color 1
triangles to the top and left of the small Color 2 square for the
other half of the block... |

 |
Sew that square and small tri. unit to the top of
the geese unit...
