Using the templates provided cut four traps and
four traps reversed from the Color 1 14" x 13"
rectangle, adding 1/4" seam allowances as you cut... |

Now cut four triangles from the Color 2 3-1/2' x
11" strip, adding 1/4" seam allowances as you cut... |
|

Cut the Color 3 2-1/2" x 12-1/2" strip
into five 2-1/2" squares. Cut the Color 2 2-1/2" x
10" strip into four 2-1/2" squares... |

Next, using the Color 2 and Color 3 squares we just
cut and scant 1/4" seams, sew them together to make the block's
center nine patch unit... |

Sew Color 1 traps to each side of a Color 2 triangle.
Make four units like this...on to Page 2! |
