Then mark the centers of both the convex and concave
pieces, where they will be joined... |

Snip each of the concave pieces up to, but not
past the scant 1/4" sewing line... |

Now pin the concave pieces to the alternate color
convex pieces, right sides together, matching centers and outer edges, and edges aligned.
Baste along the scant 1/4" seam line. Distribute fullness evenly, and the SEW along
the sewing line. Do this with each of the four combo squares...on to Page
2! |
