Now fold the quarter block in half right sides together,  vertically, and stitch from the 1/4" point where we previously stopped sewing to the edge of the block, and do this again on the opposite side. Fold the block in half again, this time horizontally and stitch those last two seams.  Make four quarter blocks like this...

 

Lay them out as shown at left, with all Color 1's meeting in the middle. Sew two horizontal rows of units. Join the rows and one block is done!

 

Here are four blocks by five with triple straight borders!
