| The first thing that I would recommend that you do, is go to the Practice Paper Piecing Page. When you feel comfy with paper piecing, come on back and try a Celtic Sunrise Block! You will need to print out four copies of the template A page, two copies of B, and one copy of C per block you want to make on very lightweight paper.A Fat Quarter of each fabric should be plenty! |

Once all of your units are paper pieced, lay them out as shown at left. Sew the Triangle A units together in pairs. (1) Sew the trap units to the square units.(2) Add the triangle B units to the Trap-plus-square units. Sew the Triangle A Pairs to the Triangle B/trap/square units. Sew the four of these together to complete the block! |
